Cozy apartment in Kreuzberg, available 29.01 - 01.03.

I'm renting out my one-room apartment at the given dates. It's located in the popular Wrangelkiez, surrounded by bars, clubs, all kind of restaurants and beautiful Görtlitzer Park. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your day to day life. (Also wifi, flatscreen tv, Amazon Prime and so on)

Additional info is that there will be a scagfolding installed in january, since the top floor willl be renovated. I don‘t think it will have a big influence on light or sound, but i will add info as soon its done and may adjust the rent a little.

ich vermiete meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum. Sie befindet sich im beliebten Wrangelkiez, umgeben von Bars, Clubs, allerlei Restaurants und dem schönen Görtlitzer Park. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. (Wlan, Flachbildfernseher, Amazon Prime und so weiter)

Zusätzliche Info: im Januar wird am Haus rin Gerüst installiert, da die oberste Etage willl renoviert wird. Ich glaube nicht, dass es einen großen Einfluss auf Licht oder Lärm haben wird, aber ich werde Infos hinzufügen, sobald ich es besser einschätzen kann und werde die Miete gff anpassen.
