ich biete meine schöne Wohnung in Kreuzberg vom 16. Januar bis 15. März zur Zwischenmiete, da ich in dieser Zeit im Ausland bin.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 500 Euro inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Internet.
Die Wohnung hat ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit Bett und Schreibtisch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Ich suche jemanden, der/die die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand hält und ca. einmal in der Woche meine Pflanzen gießen könnte.
Die Wohnung liegt am hinteren Ende der Görlitzer Straße (nahe Görlitzer Ufer).
Bitte keine Raucher*innen und keine Partys in der Wohnung.

Der nächste U-Bahnhof ist Schlesisches Tor, ca.12 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Görlitzer Park.
