Hello everyone, my name is Landon and i'll be away in Vienna for my analog film training. i'm looking for someone reliable who wants to stay at my cosy and affordable flat in Kreuzkölln (you pay what i pay). The price is for a month,. The flat is about 38 m2, Altbau, fully equipped and suitable for one person The kitchen is separate, in the main room there is a queen size bed and a sleeping sofa. of course there's internet and i can also leave you sheets and blankets, basically whatever you need to survive (and be comfortable :)
It's a great area and very well connected: 7 min to u8 (schönleinstraße), 9 min to Hermannplatz (u8,u7, buses), a bakery in the house, lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants, flea-market every other Sunday, canal, 2 supermarkets right next to the house. Having said that, It's a quite side street
