Hallo,
aus beruflichen Gründen werde ich nicht am Campus sein und biete ab sofort somit für 1 Person mein möbliertes 1-Zimmer Apartment in Bernburg-Strenzfeld an.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet:
- Gemütliche Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank etc.
- Bad mit Dusche.
- Helles Zimmer mit Tisch, Regal und großem Schrank.
- Waschmaschine liegt im Keller.
Der gesamte Mietpreis beläuft sich auf 256€ (inklusiv Strom). Das Internet kann mit Erlaubnis des Nachbarns zusammen genutzt werden ( 5/10€ pro Monat).
Wer Lust auf die Wohnung hat sollte sich einfach per email melden. Dann können wir zu Hausmeister besuchen, um den Mietvertrag zu schließen.
Man braucht ca. 6 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung zur Bushaltestelle Strenzfeld. Dort kann man mit dem Bus 112 nach Stadtzentrum fahren und einkaufen ( rewe, aldi, teddy usw.). Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Strenzfeld Mensa.
Bitte nicht rauchen.
Ich werde am 21.02.2016 nach München fahren. Danach werde ich in März nach China fliegen und erst bis 14.04.2016 wieder in Deutschland.
Kurzere Zeitraum kommt auch in Frage, aber der Wünsch ist ca.6 Monaten.
