I am looking for a rental agent for my apartment from 01.05.2025 in Bielefeld Mitte 33604.
The apartment is centrally located, the old town and the Sparrenburg are within walking distance. Railway line 2 about 3min at feet.
The apartment includes a mini kitchen. The cozy sleeping niche in the living room saves a lot of space and allows a separation of sleeping and living space. The big windows in the apartment create a lot of light.
I'd be happy to hand over some furniture for a hit after consultation.
The heating costs are included in the additional costs, electricity and the internet must be automatically registered.

Ich suche eine Nachmieter für meine Wohnung ab 01.05.2025 in Bielefeld Mitte 33604.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, die Altstadt sowie die Sparrenburg sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Bahnlinie 2 ca 3min zu Füßen entfernt.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein mini Küche. Die gemütliche Schlafnische im Wohnraum spart viel Platz und ermöglicht eine Trennung von Schlaf- und Wohnraum. Die großen Fenster in der Wohnung schaffen viel Licht.
Gerne würde ich nach Absprache einige Möbel für einen Abschlag übergeben.
Die Heizkosten sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten, Strom und Internet muss selbstständig angemeldet werden.
