I am renting out my studio apartment. It is 25sqm in size, fully furnished with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There is an elevator in the building, making it easy for moving in/out.
Sie liegt nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude (Ravensberger Str.). Es gibt eine weitere Bushaltestelle (Carl-Severing-Schulen), die 5 Minuten entfernt ist, mit weiteren Busverbindungen. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Oststraße und Krankenhaus Mitte) sind ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte: Edeka ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, Lidl und ein Kiosk 5 Minuten, und Aldi 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Public transport is easy to reach: a bus stop (Ravensberger Str) is right in front of the building, which goes straight to the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in 10 minutes. There is another bus stop (Carl-Severing-Schulen) 5 minutes away with more choices of bus. The nearest tram stops are Oststraße and Krankenhaus Mitte, 10 minutes away.
