Hello everyone, from April 2025 or later, I sublet my beautiful single room flat in Birmensdorf (ZH), perfect for a classical musician, but not best for loud partying.The rent is 840,- CHF plus additional costs for electricity of approximately 15-25 CHF per month, depending on your consumption. The washing machine works with coins.
There is a built-in wardrobe, and the sofa bed, the white table, the desk and the shelves you see in the pictures can be used for a small discount.
The apartment is less than 30 minutes from Zurich main station by public transport. Migros and Coop are only a few steps away.
The very bright apartment is approx. 20 m2 in size and has everything you need: Bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with fridge, small freezer and stove, medium sized basement, great open plan, windows from three sides, a large balcony that goes around the corner and has some big flower boxes where you can grow your plants, and some space for your bike in the basement.
The surrounding area is beautiful, with a stream, a swimming pool and an outdoor fitness trail nearby.
Internet connection is not included in the price.
You can view the apartment through my current subtenant on Sat. March 22 or Sat. April 5, from 2-7 pm.

Hallo zusammen, ich vermiete ab April 2025 oder später meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung in Birmensdorf (ZH), perfekt für einen klassischen Musiker, aber nicht optimal für laute Partys, die Miete beträgt 840,- CHF plus Nebenkosten für Strom von ca. 15-25 CHF pro Monat, je nach Verbrauch. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert mit Münzen.
Es gibt einen Einbauschrank und die Schlafcouch, und der weiße Tisch, der Schreibtisch und die Regale, die Sie auf den Bildern sehen, können für einen kleinen Abschlag genutzt werden.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man von der Wohnung in weniger als 30 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Zürich. Migros und Coop sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Die sehr helle Wohnung ist ca. 20 m2 gross und hat alles, was man braucht: Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit Kühlschrank, kleiner Gefriertruhe und Herd, mittelgrosser Keller, toller offener Schnitt, Fenster von drei Seiten, ein grosser Balkon, der um die Ecke geht und einige grosse Blumenkästen hat, in denen man seine Pflanzen anbauen kann, und etwas Platz für sein Fahrrad im Keller.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, mit einem Bach, einem Schwimmbad und einem Outdoor-Fitnessparcours in der Nähe.

Sie können die Wohnung durch meinen derzeitigen Untermieter am Sa. 22. März oder Sa. 5. April, von 2-7 Uhr besichtigen.
