Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut:

Eine Bushaltestelle ist in etwa 12-15 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Der U-Bahnhof Hustadt befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass man das Uni-Center in nur 2-3 Minuten erreicht.


Im Uni-Center finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen: Netto, REWE, Woolworth sowie verschiedene Imbissläden (z. B. Döner). Für Studenten gibt es außerdem einen speziellen Taxiservice für nur 2,50 €, der Sie direkt vom Uni-Center bis zum Gebäude bringt.

This apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. If you enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot for you. The beautiful Kemnader See is just a 15-minute walk away, and the Kalwes-Klosterbusch hiking trail is nearby as well.

Public transport is easily accessible:

A bus stop is about a 12-15 minute walk away.

Hustadt U-Bahn station is also close by, making it very convenient to reach the uni-center in just 2-3 minutes.


At the uni-center, you’ll find everything you need, including shops like Netto, REWE, Woolworth, and various eateries like Döner shops. For students, a special taxi service is available for just 2.5€, which can take you directly from the uni-center to the building.
