It is located at the 3rd and last floor of an old building. NO elevator available.
The apartment comes with a Keller and there is a washing machine in the basement.
The centre of Godesberg is a 10-minute walk away (many shops, a good alternative to Bonn city centre). The house is in a quiet side street, surrounded by houses in the style of old buildings. There is resident parking and free parking in the street.
