Wir sind eine junge Familie und vermieten das Dachgeschoss eines sehr schönen Hauses, das wir mieten. Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Vorderteil und einem größeren Anbau (siehe Foto). Ein Treppenhaus trennt die beiden Teile und gibt relativ privaten Zugang zum obersten Geschoss (das mit den zwei Gaupen auf dem Foto).
Es gibt ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit etwa 20 Quadratmeter (mit Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Sessel, Couchtisch, etc.), einen Vorraum (etwa 10 Quadratmeter mit Couch, Esstisch, Stühlen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle,) und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, die gerne mitbenutzt werden kann. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschine, Trockner und Abstellraum zur Verfügung.

Die Nebenkosten enthalten Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, sowie die anteilig die üblichen Nebenkosten (Grundsteuer, Müllabfuhr, etc).

In brief, we are looking for a new renter for our a fully furnished room with seperate bath, which is located in the top floor of the house we are renting. Its the space behind the two dormer windows in the photo. The room is large with lots of light and is accessed through the staircase that connects the three levels of our house (i.e. not fully private access). In front of the room there is a landing furnished with table and chairs, a coach, a fridge and a microwave.

We're happy to share our large kitchen, washer and dryer with the renter and are looking for a mature individual who does not mind sharing a house with a young family. The total monthly rent is 475 Euro, incl all utilities, such as water, power, heating and internet.

Tell us a little about yourself and give us some indication of your income situation. If we are interested, we'll be happy to have you come round to check out the space.
