Rent is fixed at 230 eur per month, deposit for the special keys is 100 eur. Deposit is paid back on the day of move-out.
Room is being rented out for two months together only.
Location is close to Uni, close to grocery shops (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) and has green surroundings (Rhododendronpark).
Date of moving out is flexible, but generally sometime between 1st and 7th of October.
Mieten
Von: 29. Juli - 1. Oktober
Schöne Zimmer im Luisental Complex zu mieten. Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, eine eigene Küche (mit Geschirr, Besteck, Teller …) und ist voll möbliert.
Die Miete wird bei 230 Euro pro Monat festgelegt, Kaution für den speziellen Satz von Schlüsseln ist 100 eur. Kaution wird wieder auf dem Tag der Bewegung ausbezahlt.
Zimmer wird nur für zwei Monate lang gemietet.
Die Lage ist in der Nähe von Uni, in der Nähe Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) und hat grüne Umgebung (Rhododendronpark).
Datum der Umzug is 29. Juli. Datum der Auszug ist flexibel, aber im Prinzip irgendwann zwischen 1. und 7. Oktober.
