The apartment is located in a popular area for students, very near to the campus of University of Bremen. The halls of residence belong to the University so they're only occupied by students. The apartment consists of a fully furnished bedroom and your private bathroom. There is also space for cooking and a few other things you might need for your stay (stove, fridge,..). Washing machines and dryers are in the washing rooms and shared amongst the students.
The apartment is located in Spitaller Straße. The location is ideal for students, there is a bus taking you to campus in 3 minutes, or you can walk to Uni in about 10 minutes. The central station in Bremen (Hauptbahnhof) is 10 minutes away by tram.
There are supermarkets (Rewe and others) nearby, you can reach them by tram in 2-3 minutes or within a 5-10 minutes walk.

- Linie 22 and der Haltestelle Universität-Ost fährt euch in 3 Minuten zur Uni.
- oder Fußweg (unter 10 Minuten)
zum Hauptbahnhof: Linie 6 fährt in 10 Minuten direkt zum HBF (Haltestelle Berufsbildungswerk)

September in Bremen sein um euch die Wohnung zu zeigen. Bitte die unten erwähnten Unterlagen direkt zur Besichtigung mitbringen, da wir den Vertrag direkt dort vereinbaren können.

- Kaution (350 Euro) in Bar oder als Überweisung nach dem Unterzeichnen des Vertrags
You can reach me via Whatsapp or just call me in case you are really interested. I am in Bremen from the 4th-7th September for you to visit the apartment. The contract should ideally be signed during the visit. The deposit has to paid after signing the contract in cash or via bank transfer (direct).
For anyone coming to visit the flat please take the following with you cause the landlords need to have a look at it: a copy of your ID, a current certificate of enrolment from the university and the deposit in cash after signing the contract.
