Hey there,
I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my flat in the center of Bremen.
The Flat is about 33qm and in a good condition. All what you need is there. Toaster, microwave, a bed (for two persons plus a single mattress), couch, cupboards, Wifi/internet, washing machine...
The flat is bright lighted and serves a nice look over the roofs of Bremen because it's in the 6th floor. But you don't have do walk, because there is an elevator. You can take a bath in sun on the big balcony or in the park next to the house. There is also a bath with sauna on one side of the park if you like... In the flat you can use the existing towels and the bedclothes.
When I will be away i will remove all clothes from my cupboard, so there will be enough space for yours. Also i will provide some space in other cupboards for your books and other stuff...
It would be nice when you could water my plants sometimes.
A cellar for your luggage or bicycles is available.

The city center (shopping, sightseeing), also the "Schlachte" (a place with a lot of bars beside the Weser river), the nice "Neustadt" with these tiny houses,nice restaurants, coffeeshops and shops for normal, ordinary use are all in a distance to walk less then 5 minutes.
You can reach the "Viertel" (scene hood, similliar to "Kreuzberg" in Berlin, but smaller...) in 10 to 15 minutes by train or 20 minutes by feet.
In front of the house there is a stop for 11 different bus lines and the tram 1 and 8. The tram 6 is reachable in 5min. by feet.
The flat can be also rent by a COUPLE...
When you get to Bremen you will get the keys from me.
If you really don't need internet it can be shut off, so the costs would decrease about 25€...
