Hallo Leute,
wer braucht kurzfristig noch eine Wohnung zum Semesteranfang in der Bremer Neustadt? Da ich für ein paar Monate im Ausland bin, wäre ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Küche und Bad für insgesamt 400 Euro monatlich frei. Die Wohnung ist bezugsfertig ab dem 6. September und bis Ende Januar 2016 verfügbar. Ein späterer Einzug (beispielsweise zu Anfang Oktober) wäre auch möglich.
Die Küche sowie das Bad sind voll ausgestattet. In dem Zimmer befinden sich Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch plus Stuhl ;) Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Zimmer, wird aber abgeschlossen sein.
Einen ersten Eindruck bekommst Du durch die Fotos.
Es gibt eine sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung (Fußweg: 1 min.) sowie einen Fahrradschuppen und eine gute Parksituation, falls du ein Auto hast. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschküche mit eigener Waschmaschine und Bezahl-Trockner. Den W-LAN Schlüssel und alle anderen Schlüssel bekommst Du von mir.

Hey guys!
If anybody still needs an accomodation in Bremen-Neustadt – I got one for you! I’ll be abroad for some months and my fully furnished flat (1 room, kitchen and bathroom) will be available for 400 Euro per month from 6th September til the end of January 2016. It’s also possible to move in later (in October for example).
Kitchen and bathroom are equipped. In the room there’s a bed, cupboard, desk and chair. The apartment got one more room which will be locked.
You can get a first impression by the fotos.
It is one minute walk to the next tram station. You will get the key for the bike garage. Parking on the street is also no problem in case you have a car. You can use my washing machine in the basement and there’s also a drier (for this one you have to pay). I will give you the W-LAN key and all the other keys you need.
