A flat for a single

Hello! I am a researcher at the Constructor University (former Jacobs uni). I am looking for a cosy apartment for a single person from January (this is flexible). The preferable location is quite street not far from the station (as I need to commute to Bremen-Schonebeck). A flat with furniture will be brilliant, but i also consider unfirnished options. I love minimalism, rooms full of daylight. I cook, so fitted kitchen with an oven is important for me.

I am responsible adult, 32 y.o., don’t smoke, no pets. When i do not do my research staff, I love jogging, walking, and any kind of traveling.
I can confirm the availability of funds to pay rent for a long period (my bank account statement and job contract). Schufa (request now) is not relevant for me right now as I am newcomer to Germany, but I can make it of course.
