Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in zum 01.03.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock eines Mehrparteienhaus in Findorff in der Halberstädter Str..
Da es auf der Etage nur einen Internetanschluss gibt, muss sich das Internet mit der Nachbarin geteilt werden, das funktioniert aber ohne dass man dabei Störungen hat.
Die Vermieterin ist besonders an stabilen langfristigen Mietverhältnissen mit eher ruhigen Mieter:innen interessiert.
Eine Bürgschaft wäre ebenfalls gut.
Ich möchte mein Bett (mit Schubladen drunter) gerne inkl. Lattenrost in der Wohnung lassen. Dafür sind dann 120€ fällig und den Kühlschrank, der nich sehr neu ist gerne auch für 50€ :)

Die Wohnung ist ca. 20 QM groß und kostet 390 Euro warm (auch Strom). Die Kaution wird dabei vorraussichtlich 540 Euro betragen (2x Kaltmiete).
