da ich Breslau einen Monat früher verlasse, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine Einzimmerwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 15 Juni bezugsfrei.
Sie liegt sehr zentral, 7 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Universität, ca. 10 bis zum Marktplatz. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet sich alles, was man benötigt, Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs, Friseure, Cafés, ein kleiner Park und vieles mehr.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch.
Bitte nur melden, wenn du bereit bist, einen Vertrag für 13 Monate abzuschließen.
