This place is in the city, in district 8, close to the Keleti Railway Station and Blaha Lujza square. It is located on the second floor in an apartment building what was built 100 years ago. The room has a gallery, he kitchen is fully equipped. The small sized bathroom leads from the kitchen. The apartment is in average condition – mainly the window frames – despite all that, it's a very good apartment.

The house is nice and calm and the owner is straight and helpful.
Maybe it's not the most beautiful street in the city, but it's a very good place. By the way, one of the most beautiful parks in Budapest is located 300 meters away.
The infrastructure is excellent: public transport and shopping opportunities are very good.
There is a Lidl and a market within easy reach and and several trams can be reached within a 2-minute walk, and the Metro 4 is only one stop by tram or a 10-minute walk away.
