Fast alle Universitäten sind von hier sehr gut, teils fußläufig, zu erreichen.( Nähe Andrássy Universität und Semmelweis )
Restaurants, Kneipen ( jüdiches Viertel ) und Geschäfte ( Aldi im EG
des Hauses ) , auch die Donau und der Károly Park, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der
Schnellbus vom Flughafen hält 200m von der Wohnung.
Der Vermieter wohnt in Deutschland.
Ein Mietvertrag kann deshalb gerne auch auf deutsch abgeschlossen werden.
Die Miete muss in € auf mein Konto in Deutschland überwiesen werden.
Die Wohnung wird bis zum 31.07.2025 vermietet und kann gerne auch ab da verlängert werden.
