ich suche einen Untermieter/eine Untermieterin für meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Diese befindet sich direkt am Hauptcampus der TU Chemnitz - Optimal also für Studierende oder Personen die an der Uni arbeiten/ein Praktikum machen. Insgesamt bekommt ihr für den Mietpreis eine Wohnung mit:
-Eigenem Bad (Dusche und Badewanne)
-Waschmaschine
-Mikrowelle
-Voll funktionsfähige Küche + Kochutensilien mit Induktionsherd
-Balkon zum Innenhof raus
-Einen Kleiderschrank, Regal, großes und bequemes Bett, Schreibtisch
-Kellerabteil
Es ist also alles da! Einfach einziehen und drin wohnen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an einer Bahnhaltestelle - die Anbindung zur Stadt ist also optimal. Zur Mensa und zum neuen Hörsaalgebäude geht ihr 6-7 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen (EDEKA, Netto, Nahkauf, Bäckerei).

Wichtig: Die Wohnung gehört nicht mir, ich wohne hier auch nur zur Miete!
Bevorzugt werden Studierende/Mitarbeiter der Uni/Praktikanten/Azubis.
Zudem nur Personen die NICHTRAUCHER sind!
