I'm looking for someone to take over my flat. It is a souterrain studio apartment, fully furnished and has around 43 m2. There is a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a window and all tenants are free to use a part of the garden. You can reach the tram station (lines 6,7,8) in 5 min on foot.
The apartment is free from the 1st of April, but it can also be rented a little bit later if agreed. The rent inluding heating amounts to 420 EUR, water and electricity are paid by consumption.
The prospective tenant should be a non smoker.
