Initially, the apartment will be sublet until 31.03.2025, After that the subtenant can take over the apartment as the main tenant. Once the expiration of this contract, the apartment can be extended for another two years.

The apartment size is 24 sqm with balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a hanging chair and a wireless speaker. In addition, the tenant can use gym, lounge with cinema, soccer field, etc. in his free time.

Berliner Allee stop is about 10 min walk. From there Luisenplatz can be reached by various train and bus lines in 3 min. The city center can be reached by car in about 7 minutes and by bike in about 8 minutes.

The stop Hochschule is about 2 min walking distance. From there you can take the H bus to Luisenplatz.

TU Darmstadt and Hochschule Darmstadt: Hochschule Darmstadt is about 2 min walk. TU Darmstadt is about 10 min by public transport and about 15 min by bike.

The deposit for the sublease until 31.03.2025 is three months cold rents.

There is a processing fee of 75€ for the sublease to be paid to the landlord.
