Hello all,
I have a room available in Darmstadt starting September until March 2021 with The Fizz Studentenwohnheim. You will be taking over the month of September 2020 (I will terminate my contract end of August) and continue with them till march 2021. It's got plenty of sunlight (with installed insect net), well furnished, and on the 4th floor (elevator available).
There is Laundry room in the basement and a shared roof terrace with other students.
Good internet is also available.

Schöefferstraße 2 opposite to Hochschule Darmstadt.
It is located near the city center 5 mins from the nearest tram station and 15 mins from the Hauptbahnhof. There is a Rewe nearby (around 10 mins walking).
The rent is 654 € warm.
Deposit 1485 €
(There is a one time service fee of 395 € for The FIZZ.)
As it is a Studentenwohnheim, they only accept students and student interns!
There is also another identical room on the same floor that will be also available in the same time period.
