Ein vollmöbliertes Studio Appartement Nähe Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof

Zu vermieten ist ein Einzelappartement in zentraler Lage in Darmstadt ab 09.01.2023. Ich bin der aktuelle Mieter. Aufgrund eines Jobwechsels muss ich leider das Appartement verlassen. Zunächst wird das Appartement bis zum 31.03.2023 untervermietet. Nach 31.03.2023 kann der Untermieter*in die Wohnung als Hauptmieter*in übernehmen.
Es wird ab dem 01.04.2023 ein zwei Jahre Vertrag bis zum 31.03.2025 mit dem Vermieter geschlossen. Nach dem Ablauf dieses Vertrags kann das Appartement um zwei weitere Jahre verlängert werden.

Die Wohnungsgröße beträgt 24 qm mit Balkon, Küche und Bad. Das Appartement ist auch mit einem Hängesessel und einem kabellosen Lautsprecher ausgestattet. Außerdem kann der Mieter in seiner Freizeit Fitness-Studio, Lounge mit Kino, Fußballplatz, uvm. nutzen.

Internet-, Strom- und Heizungskosten sind in der Miete enthalten.
Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.
Trockner und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Tiefgarage ist zur Miete vorhanden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Rewe und Apotheke im Hauptbahnhof sind bis zum Sonntag geöffnet.
Hauptbahnhof ist 600 m entfernt und ca. 7 Min zu Fuß.
Rewe Haardtring ist in 1 Min zu Fuß.

Stadtmitte:
Haltestelle Berliner Allee ist ca. 10 Min zu Fuß. Von dort kann der Luisenplatz durch verschiedene Bahn- und Buslinien in 3 Min erreicht werden. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadtmitte ca. 7 Min zu erreichen und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8 Min.

Haltestelle Hochschule ist ca. 2 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort kann man zum Luisenplatz mit dem H Bus fahren.

TU Darmstadt und Hochschule Darmstadt:
Hochschule Darmstadt ist ca. 2 Min zu Fuß.
TU Darmstadt ist ca. 10 Min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ca. 15 Min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Die Kaution für die Untermiete bis zum 31.03.2023 beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
Für die Untermiete fällt eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 65€ an, die an den Vermieter zu zahlen ist.

Dieses Appartement ist geeignet für Studenten und Young Professionals.

For rent is a single apartment in a central location in Darmstadt from 09.01.2023. I am the current tenant. Unfortunately, I have to leave the apartment due to a job change. After the expiration of this contract, the apartment can be extended for another two years.

Main station is 600 m away and about 7 min walk.

Berliner Allee stop is about 10 min walk. From there Luisenplatz can be reached by various train and bus lines in 3 min. The city center can be reached by car in about 7 minutes and by bike in about 8 minutes.

The stop Hochschule is about 2 min walking distance. From there you can take the H bus to Luisenplatz.

TU Darmstadt and Hochschule Darmstadt:
Hochschule Darmstadt is about 2 min walk.
TU Darmstadt is about 10 min by public transport and about 15 min by bike.

The deposit for the sublease until 31.03.2023 is one month rent.
There is a processing fee of 65€ for the sublease to be paid to the landlord.
