A bright studio apartment is available as I am looking for a Nachmieter.

The studio is approx.32 sqm. All-in-rent is 919 Euros and can be set up to be deducted automatically. It is fixed and includes all additional fees: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, bicycle parking, trash collection and other charges.

The studio is fully furnished and has all the necessities:
- kitchen with glass ceramic stove, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill
- dining table and chairs
- big bed (120*200) with a comfy mattress
- desk and 2 spacious wardrobe with lots of storage space
- roomy bathroom with shower cabin and big mirror
- online support and Hausmeister

I really like this studio. On the one hand, it is ready to move in as it is: furnished, everything you may need from day 1 is here, no bills - everything is included in the rent. On the other hand, it offers space for making it feel like home. The studio is sunlight thanks to two big windows. Also, the blackout curtains make sure it's fully dark at night. High ceilings, enough space to use your yoga mat, plenty of sockets, etc.

It is in a new building. There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the building with prices lower than on the market.

Rewe and Darmstadt Hbf are within walking distance. Lots of cafes and fast-food places with vegan options in the neighbourhood.
