I am subletting my room for 6 months, maybe more depending on circumstances. I will be leaving behind the microwave, extra chair, clothes drying rack,bicycle (if needed) and a small plant hanging out on the balcony.
The warm rent € 430 has electricity, heater, WiFi, water supply (hot and cold). I also have placed an LED strip across the study table, which can be used.
