Meine Tante vermietet innerhalb ihres Einfamilienhauses 1 Zimmer mit Balkon (teilmöbliert) mit Küche und Bad. Es besteht gute Anbindung durch den Bus zu dem nächstgelegenen Bahnhof (Heidenau), von dem 3 mal stündlich Züge nach Dresden (15 min) oder in die Sächsische Schweiz (25 min) fahren.
Die kleine Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus, in dem meine Tante lebt. Man würde sich den Eingang teilen. Sie wohnt im unteren Teil des Hauses. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Küch liegt im oberen Teil.
Zu dem Haus gehört gehört ein großer schöner Garten. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich fast vor der Tür. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Bäcker.
