Auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung (möbliert) zur Selbstmiete für mindestens 1 Jahr, kann ich den Vertrag schnellstmöglich unterschreiben, nachdem ich die Wohnung besichtigt habe. Spätester Einzugstag ist der 30.09.2022. WG ist nicht zu bevorzugen. Ich bin Architekt, Masterstudent an der TU Dortmund, habe ein stabiles Einkommen und wohne jetzt im Kreuzviertel.

Looking for an apartment (furnished) to rent by myself for at least 1 year, I can sign the contract as soon as possible after I come and check the apartment. The latest day to move in is September 30, 2022. WG is not preferable. I am an architect, and master's student at TU Dortmund, I have a stable financial income and I live now in Kreuzviertel.
