In der Wohnung gibt es bereits Möbel mit eigenem Bad und einer kleinen Küche. Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der sich während seines Aufenthalts in den Ferien um die Unterkunft kümmern kann. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt viele Wäschereien in der Nachbarschaft.

Hello, my name is Cee and I work here in Dortmund, but I am going on a holiday, so I rent out my bright 25sqm apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated and I have just moved in. There is already furniture in the apartment with its own bathroom and a small kitchen. I am looking for someone who can take care of the property during their stay for the holidays. There is no washing machine, but there are many laundries in the neighborhood.

Es gibt eine Bahnhaltestelle, die etwa 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr coolen und sicheren Gegend. Die Fenster erhalten viel Sonnenlicht.

There is a train stop which is about 2mins from the apartment. The apartment is located in a very cool and safe neighbourhood. The windows recieve good amount of sunlight.

Bei Interesse können Sie mich für eine persönliche Besichtigung und ein Interview kontaktieren. Ich wohne mit meinem Freund in der Wohnung, aber er ist weg und ich würde auch reisen, weshalb ich die Unterkunft während der Zeit, in der ich weg bin, vermiete. Mein Freund könnte die Wohnung am Ende des Mietverhältnisses zurücknehmen, da ich vielleicht noch weg bin.

You can contact me for a personal viewing and interview if you are interested. I live in the apartment with my boyfriend, but he is gone and I would also travel, which is why I rent out the space during the time I am away. My boyfriend might take the apartment back at the end of the lease as I might still be away.
