Rental in Dresden Löbtau March 2025 (interim rent!)

Short info: Since I have already received many inquiries - a) I don't give up the apartment completely and b) I can NOT move my periods (even if so nicely asked, unfortunately this is not possible)!
English: I got many inquiries about changing the time period of my internship. I can't change my time period and I'm not renting my home any longer. Only from the 8th of march to the 30th of march!

I am interned from 10.03.-28.03.2025 in my home country and would therefore rent my apartment in the meantime - perhaps it suits someone :) (so you can stay pure on 08.03 and until 30 (possibly also 31 to 2 pm)
Since I have my apartment on the back of the house, I don't get much from the street, etc. One comes through a large gate into a courtyard and there is a right entrance (my) and a left. After that you can go to the 3rd floor and are almost at my apartment door.
You come directly into the kitchen and have the bathroom on the right side. Just out there is my living room and bedroom and a small balcony (which is difficult to use due to a lack of roofing).
You can use everything here in my apartment (I might put some things in my basement compartment, but I would let you know again). A friend of mine also has a spare key if anything. If I'll give one more acquaintance here from the house, I have to look again.
