The cozy one-room studio apartment is fully furnished, on the 3rd floor of the apartment building and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The apartment is divided into a living and sleeping area, the personal bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and 2 shelves for storing utensils.
The kitchen offers enough space to cook with friends. With a fold-out work surface for the kitchen, you can work in an organized manner and at the same time use the space optimally. There are 4 hotplates, a refrigerator and 2 shelves for glasses / dishes and food in the kitchen. In the small hall there is enough space to stow your shoes (shoe rack) or your wardrobe. In the main area of the apartment there is a wardrobe, a 1.4m x 2m bed, a spacious desk, a large storage cupboard, 3 small storage cupboards and a television wall. A lot of daylight comes into the apartment through the large French windows and the view of the park invites you to relax. A good internet connection is also available.
Note:- Apartment is available for short term (38 days only), registration is not possible.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Dresden Löbtau, directly on Bonhöfferplatz. There you can relax on the meadow when the weather is nice or have a barbecue with friends.
At Bonhöfferplatz there is a bus stop that will take you directly to Kesselsdorfer Sraße or you can walk (approx. 4 minutes).
From there tram lines 6, 7, 12 and bus line 61 go.
With the tram lines you can easily get to the center, the main train station or the new town (bars, restaurants, clubs ...). With the bus 61 you can get to the university in just 5 minutes (very often on the way).
Furthermore, the area around the apartment offers a lot of opportunities for shopping (Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, DM and many other shops can be reached quickly on foot)
Löbtau is a quiet area where many students live.
The apartment is almost completely furnished and can be taken for limited period. Without Registration(not possible).
