Rent nice 1 room apartment in the New Town Zwischenmiete schöne 1 Zimmer Wohnung in der Neustadt

I am looking for my beautiful 1-room apartment in the Dresden Neustadt a reliable, regular / n intermediate rental * in. Period would be from 15.03.20245 - 21.04.2025 and the rent refers to the entire period. The withdrawal date may be flexible, + / - a few days.

The apartment is bright and has a large bedroom / living room with a sofa (is not yet on the photo), bed, desk and a dresser. There is an extra kitchen, a bathroom and a small hallway. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. (stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.)

The location of the apartment is great. You are directly in the Neustadt and have reached all shopping facilities, public, bars, restaurants in 5 minutes. The Alaunpark and the Elbe are also only 5-10 minutes away. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet.

Ich suche für meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der Dresden Neustadt eine/n zuverlässige, ordentliche/n Zwischenmieter*in. Zeitraum wäre vom 15.03.20245 - 21.04.2025 und die Miete bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraum. Das Auszugsdatum ist ggf. flexibel, +/- ein paar Tage.

Die Wohnung ist hell und hat ein großes Schlafzimmer/Wohnraum mit einem Sofa ( ist auf dem Foto noch nicht drauf) , Bett, Schreibtisch und einer Kommode. Es gibt eine extra Küche, ein Bad und einen kleinen Flur. Sie ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine etc.)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist direkt in der Neustadt und hat sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖPVN, Bars, Restaurants in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Alaunpark und die Elbe sind ebenfalls nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
