Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Einzimmerwohnung auf der Comeniusstrasse 68 in Dresden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8 Etage und ist gut isoliert, bleibt auch im Winter sehr gut warm und man hört die Nachbarn gar nicht. Die Strassenbahn fährt vor dem Gebäude vorbei (Linie 1 und 4 sind in 4 minuten in Strassburger Platz und in 10 minuten in Postplatz); Frida, Kaufpark und Lidl sind in der Nähe; besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die Nähe zum Großen Garten. Die Wohnung ist auch mit allem ausgestattet (Sofa, Bett, Matratze, Waschmaschine, Kleiderschrank, Backofen usw) das ich an den neuen Mieter verkaufen werde.

I am looking for a new tenant of a one room apartment in Comeniusstrasse 68 in Dresden. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, good isolated so it stays warm also in winter and you can barely hear you neighbors. The tram comes next to the building (Line 1 and 4 arrive in 4 minutes in Strassburger Platz and in 10 minutes in Postplatz); Frida, Kaufpark and Lidl are really close and noteworthy is also the big garden next to the building. The apartment is fully furnished (Sofa, bed, washing maschine, oven and so on) that I want to sell to the new owner
