30m2 apartment in Neustadt

Hi!

Since I will be in Berlin for at least four months, I can rent my small, but spacious and sun-flooded apartment with the permission of my rental.

It is located near the Bhf. Neustadt (exact address is available at a meeting) and has a balcony. There is also some space in the basement. A washing machine and clothes rack are located in the washing cellar. The apartment is fully equipped with a complete kitchen. Also my closet wall, my TV and the Hifi system would remain in it and are of course available for use. The same applies to the cabinet bed as it is fixedly mounted on the wall. Just have to bring your own mattress (200x140) But: you break it, you buy it. Otherwise, it is possible to talk about removing movable furniture. However, the apartment is either partially or fully furnished.

Since it is my personal habitat, I am looking for a person who deals with the apartment and its inventory. It may be possible that I visit Dresden at the time, possibly need something out of the cellar and I would be happy if I could take a short look into the apartment. Just to see if everything's okay. Of course, I don't want to disturb your privacy, that should be temporary

Internet and electricity are fully covered with the 480€. However, I would document the power meter stand at the beginning and end of the sub-rent. If the excess consumption is significantly higher than the discount, we find a solution for this :)
