New tenant wanted for cozy apartment from February!

Ich biete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit hervorragendem Blick auf die Stadt zur Mietübernahme ab dem 1. Februar an. Ich bin jedoch etwas flexibel und offen dafür, die Übergabe bereits ab dem 20. Januar zu arrangieren. Sie verfügt über große, helle Fenster und beinhaltet:

I am putting my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment, with an excellent view of the city, up for rent for a lease transfer starting February 1st onwards. I am somewhat flexible and open to arranging the transfer from January 20th. It features large, bright windows and includes:
