The newly renovated 35 square metre apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the heart of quarter of Oberbilk/Friedrichstadt, very close
to „Volksgarten“, the biggest public garden in Düsseldorf.
Cafes, markets, supermarkets,and restaurants are nearby.
The Train station (Volksgarten is only 3 minutes away by foot.
The tram and Bus stop (“Kruppstrasse, 706/706/736,) is just around the corner.
The interior of the apartment is an integration of two styles –
Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
The bedroom has a 1.40 bed, a wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers, provide sufficient space. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table, and a large TV.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dish-washer and everything else you need to prepare yourself a yummy meal.
Water and WiFi are included in the costs. You only have to pay for electricity.
