We have 4 different room categories and our rooms are fully furnished!
We have super comfortable beds, a workstation in the room and a large wardrobe.
Each room has its own small bathroom.
All floors in the floors are made of real wood oak parquet, just like the window benches. It is underfloor heating that you can regulate as you like. The bathrooms are tiled, offer a spacious shower, modern sanitary facilities and also storage room.
On the floor there is a large dining room and a living room space for cooking, watching TV or breakfast. Here, too, everything is fully equipped and furnished.
The house has its own water softening plant, which reduces the lime content in the water and makes it easy to drink.
The air is constantly exchanged by a ventilation system, so that window opening is no longer necessary.

Between the main railway station and Königsallee, opposite the great “Edeka Zurheides”, an adventure-up market that really leaves nothing to be desired!
Bakeries, Rossmann, the post – everything is within walking distance.
If you can't give up your car, there are plenty of pitches in the Edeka that can be rented monthly.
You don't need to worry about the street noise! Although our house is on a busy crossroads, you don't hear about it in the rooms!
