The apartment is located in the middle of, in my opinion, the most beautiful neighborhood in Düsseldorf. Right out of the front door is near shopping but also Rewe, Edeka and Aldi are within walking distance in several minutes. The rail connection is very good. The 707,701 and 705 drive from the triangle, which is about 2 minutes walk away. The district is also broadly situated. There are many snacks, restaurants, cafes, pubs and two of the best bars in Düsseldorf right around the corner.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in mitten des, meiner Meinung nach, schönsten Viertels Düsseldorfs. Direkt aus der Haustür raus befindet sich Nahkauf aber auch Rewe, Edeka und Aldi sind fußläufig in mehreren Minuten erreichbar. Die Bahnanbindung ist sehr gut. Die 707,701 und 705 fahren vom Dreieck, das etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Gastronomisch ist das Viertel auch breit aufgestellt. Man hat viele Imbisse, Restaurants, Cafés, Kneipen und zwei der besten Bars Düsseldorfs direkt um die Ecke.
