Looking for a cool flatmate

Hello fellows,

Sadly my amazing roommate is moving out, due of pregnancy, so we are looking for a cool easy going flat mate for our WG in Düsseldorf Wersten.

U ll be living with 2 other cool, relaxed very social and out going peeps,- Ghazal (31)- artist studies and works partime. And myself 36 - working for the goverment.

Ghazal and I didn't know eachother before, but became very good friends. she's basically like a sister from another mister. We became very close and r basically sharing everything like a family would do. We also have a puppy, she's almost 2 years old and a very sweet girl and a family member.

We r pretty busy most of the time with daily life, but at our freetime we love to socialise, hang out and do cool stuff together. Like board games, table tennis or going to the lake.
I also do all kind of different sports, - U r welcome to join!

You would be a good match, if you would be around 28-45 years old. It would be great if u would like to socialise as well, OFC we also respect your privacy.

About the apartment:
it's 82qm has 3. rooms 2. bathrooms, a big kitchen and a balcony, which is in my room, but I don't mind you to use it sometime as well.

Room is complitely furnished.


Wifi and GEZ are included in the price. we have a cleaner that we pay 33€ for per month.

The Appartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is no alevator, so you should be fit to manage ;)

To the Appartment belongs a big shared garden, right infront of the house, where you could grill, chill or play badminton together.

The room is aviable immediately, if U want.


location:
The place is not far from HH-University.
I would guess it's a 15min bike ride, but there is also a public bus, which is located 5.min walk ish.
You can find public transportations (also 5min walking distance), which drops you straight into downtown in about 15min.

P.s I also speak German fluently, but it would be better, if you would understand this, as I'm to lazy to translate.
