Ich suche zu 01.03/01.04. ein WG Zimmer, oder eine ein Zimmer Wohnung im Raum Düsseldorf. Ich bin 31. Habe in Münster studiert (Lehramt Kunst und Spanisch für Gymnasien) habe aber im Laufe des Studiums gemerkt, dass das nichts für mich ist und mache nun eine Ausbildung zur Kunst- und Ergotherapeutin in Düsseldorf.

Balkon wäre schön, muss aber nicht.

Schufa (request now) -- Auskunft beantragt, Einkommensnachweise und Elternbürgschaft vorhanden. Arbeite im Moment neben der Ausbildung 20h bei BK, um mich finanzieren zu können. Gerne Nachweis und Kontakt zu meinem bisherigen Vermieter. Würde mir wünschen, dass das pendeln endlich ein Ende hat.

620€ warm, da nach aller Voraussicht noch Strom/ Wasser und DSL/ Internet dazu kommen.

Angebote bis 800€ sollten WG fähig sein (Berufstätigen 2er WG).
