Hi, I'm Teo and I'm looking for a place to stay on this way - duration and time are flexible for me.
The reason for this is that I would like to see and experience the city of Düsseldorf and the area around it, as I come from a completely different corner of Germany.: D

I am working and I also have an office in Düsseldorf, which I will use regularly. In addition, I have lived alone for a long time and place much emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene.

I am reliable and am responsible for my housing - damage or unauthorized changes would not be a subject for me. The rules of the house are not a problem for me, I can adapt well and keep to agreements. If it is desired, I also like to take on small commitments like the casting of plants - I like plants anyway.

I am also a thoughtful and enduring resident who can arrange well with his environment. On-time rental is a matter of course for me.

Hi, ich bin Teo und suche auf diesem Weg eine Bleibe – Dauer und Zeitraum sind für mich flexibel.
Der Grund hierfür ist, dass ich mir die Stadt Düsseldorf und das Gebiet drumherum gerne mal anschauen und erleben möchte, da ich aus einer ganz anderen Ecke Deutschlands komme. :D

Ich bin berufstätig und habe auch ein Office in Düsseldorf, das ich regelmäßig nutzen werde. Zudem habe ich bereits längere Zeit alleine gelebt und lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene.

Ich bin zuverlässig und gehe verantwortungsbewusst mit meinem Wohnraum um – Schäden oder unerlaubte Veränderungen wären für mich natürlich kein Thema. Hausregeln sind für mich kein Problem, ich kann mich gut anpassen und halte mich an Vereinbarungen. Falls es gewünscht ist, übernehme ich auch gerne kleine Verpflichtungen wie das Gießen von Pflanzen – ich mag Pflanzen sowieso.

Außerdem bin ich ein rücksichtsvoller und umgänglicher Bewohner, der sich gut mit seinem Umfeld arrangieren kann. Pünktliche Mietzahlungen sind für mich selbstverständlich.
