Our rooms are fully furnished and equipped so that you can move in immediately.

We have super comfortable beds, a work place in the room and a large wardrobe. Each room has its own small bathroom.

All floors in the house are made of real wood oak parquet, just like the window benches. It's floor heating that you can regulate at your will. The bathrooms are tiled, offer a spacious shower, modern sanitary facilities and also storage space.

On the floor there is a large common kitchen and a living room for cooking, chilling, television or breakfast. Here, too, everything is fully equipped. You share the kitchen with a maximum of 11 neighbors on the floor.

The house has its own water softening system, which reduces the calcium content in the water and makes it easy to drink. The air is constantly exchanged by a ventilation and ventilation system, so opening windows is no longer necessary. Ideal for allergy sufferers!

Our completely renovated house offers this living concept on all floors, practically for students, young professionals or interns. All who appreciate living in the middle of Düsseldorf with little effort!

A perfect mix of private living room (private room and bathroom) and common areas (such as the kitchen). So you have the opportunity to get to know new contacts and still have your retreat.

Unsere Zimmer sind komplett möbliert und so ausgestattet, dass ihr sofort einziehen könnt.

Wir haben super bequeme Betten, einen Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes kleinen Bad.

Alle Böden im Haus sind aus Echtholz Eichenparkett, genauso wie die Fensterbänke. Es liegt Fußbodenheizung, die du nach deinem Belieben regulieren kannst. Die Bäder sind gefliest, bieten eine geräumige Dusche, moderne Sanitäreinrichtung und ebenfalls Stauraum.

In der Etage bietet eine große Aufenthaltsküche und ein Wohnzimmer Platz zum Kochen, Chillen, Fernseh schauen oder Frühstücken. Auch hier ist alles voll ausgestattet. Die Küche teilt ihr euch mit max. 11 Nachbarn auf der Etage.

Das Haus verfügt über eine eigene Wasser Enthärtungsanlage, die den Kalkanteil im Wasser vermindert und es gut trinkbar macht. Die Luft wird durch ein Be- und Entlüftungssystem ständig getauscht, Fenster aufmachen ist also nicht mehr nötigt. Ideal für Allergiker!
