THIS APARTMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 1ST 2025 ON.

The apartment is fully furnished. We took it over in 2015 and renovated it over the years, when we had gaps in the bookings. The kitchen photo is old. There are nicer massive wooden kitchen chairs now. The rest is pretty exactly what you see in the pictures.

The apartment can nicely accommodate two persons. It is not suitable for a flat-share though. It has a relatively spacious kitchen, with a table for three or even four people, a nice white bathroom and one other room with a bed, a leather couch, a closet, a table, a desk, a Persian carpet and a tv-set. If you need any other small furniture, just ask.

There are two washing machines and two dryers for everyone in the basement and there is a garden with a wooden shed and a big barbecue, that everyone is free to use.

The rent includes heating, electricity and internet via LAN1-access point (check out http://www.lan1.de).

WE CHARGE EXTRA 80€ PER MONTH FOR THE SECOND PERSON.

We pay the deposit (or part of it) back the day that you move out, since we don't have to wait for the electricity bill.

We promise to reply to all emails, but can not guarantee to be reachable on phone all the time.

This apartment lies in three minutes walking distance from the main entrance of the central Duisburg train station, but in a calm street. The Kant-parc with its two museums is right at the corner and there is the DKM museum in the Güntherstraße as well.

The pedestrian shopping street and the Forum-mall are a five minutes walk away. Everything is very close by, even two highways are around the corner.

If you want to get an impression of the neighborhood, we recommend checking it on google streetview or come and take a stroll around the block, the museum and the nearby parc.

We are pretty experienced wg-gesucht and airbnb-hosts and have accommodated travelers and people who came to Duisburg for a few weeks or months over four years now and have just bought this property which we wish to offer to international guests staying for a limited period.

I speak German, French, English, Dutch and Spanish and my partner speaks English, Hindi and Marathi. So feel free to contact us in these languages.

If you wish to stay for a shorter time than what is indicated in this ad, just ask. We might find something for you.
