Ich bin unterwegs und biete diese meine wunderschöne Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, evtl mit Aussicht auf Übernahme, da ich wieder in eine WG ziehen möchte.
wunderschöne Lage am Finowkanal, zentral (marienstr), lichtdurchflutet, ruhig, mit allem was man so zum leben braucht, sehr gemütlich.
Für Dich zum Ankommen in Eberswalde.
Du (oder Ihr! drei Schlafplätze vorhanden) könntet alles benutzen was so an Essen usw da ist. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.
Es ist sehr ruhig, von den NachbarInnen kriegt man kaum bis gar nichts mit, Autos fahren da auch kaum.
Ich bezahle inkl Strom und Internet ca 390 Euro pro Monat. Wegen Nachlass könnten wir evtl ins Gespräch kommen.
