Hi,
ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus, da ich die Uni wechseln werde. Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Eppelheim.
Die Wohnung hat eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und ein abgetrenntes Badezimmer.
Da ich nicht alle meine Möbel mitnehmen kann, würde ich dir gerne mein Bett, Sofa, Kallax und Badschrank (alles von Ikea) überlassen. Die habe ich vor 1½ Jahren bei meinem Einzug gekauft. Gegen welche Ablöse könnten wir dann persönlich klären.
Das Haus hat einen Keller mit Waschmaschinen, die benutzt werden können und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Auch Fahrradstellplätze sind vorhanden.
ÖPNV ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Eppelheim ganz in der Nähe. Die Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren direkt nach Heidelberg und vom S-Bahnhof Paffengrund-Wieblingen, ist man innerhalb von 10 min auch in Mannheim.
