Hallo! Ich will aus der Wohnung anfang Dezember ausziehen, jedoch soll diese Wohnung danach leer bleiben. Deshalb such ich für den angegebenen Zeitraum einen Untermieter. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person, ich habe auch neu eine Waschmaschine drin. Meine ganzen Sachen werden dann schon weg sein also sind auch die Schränke größtenteils leer.

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man ist in 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bei den Arcaden. In 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch bei einem Rewe, Norma, Netto oder Aldi. Den Einkauf muss man dann auch nicht die Treppen hochschleppen, es gibt einen Aufzug :-)

Ich suche eine ordentliche und gewissenhafte Person, die meine Wohnung so wie ihre eigene behandelt. Der Zeitraum ist variabel und wir können gerne über ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger reden.
