Hi, my name is Rafael, and I’m a 23-year-old doctoral student (Dr. rer. biol. hum.) at Universitätsklinikum Erlangen. I’m originally from Portugal and have been living in Erlangen since August 2024 for my doctorate.
I’m seeking a furnished 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Erlangen for long-term rent, with a private kitchen/kitchenette and a private bathroom. My budget is up to 850€ per month and I have a preference for apartments near the Erlangen University Hospital.
I have a stable income through my position at the hospital. I lead a calm and organized lifestyle, enjoy reading, and make it a habit to clean my apartment every Saturday. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and don't enjoy parties or loud music.
