Diese wunderschöne, zentrale und möbilierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung kann für sechs Monate untervermietet werden. Die Warmmiete umfasst alles: Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag, Nutzung der Waschmaschine, Strom und Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Es steht auch einen kleinen Kellerraum zur Verfügung. Der Hauptmieter und Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zunächst bis Anfang Oktober verfügbar, kann jedoch eventuell verlängert werden, falls der Hauptmieter später zurückkommt.

Bitte sende mir als Bewerbung ein kurzes Anschreiben (optional mit Foto) im Anhang, in dem du dich vorstellst und erklärst, warum du einziehen möchtest. :)

Am Samstag, den 22.02. würde ich gerne Besichtigungstermine anbieten.

This beautiful, centrally located fully-furnished1-room apartment can be sublet for at least six months. The warm rent includes everything: internet, broadcasting fee, use of the washing machine, electricity, and additional costs. The apartment has everything you need for living. There is also a small celler to the apartment. The main tenant and landlord are very nice and helpful. The apartment is initially available until the beginning of October, but it may be extended if the main tenant returns later.

Please send me a short cover letter (optional with a photo) as an application in the attachment, introducing yourself and explaining why you would like to move in. :)
