ich bin 29, habe ein stabiles Einkommen im öffentlichen Dienst und suche derzeit eine kleine Wohnung für mich alleine. Als Pendler nach Stuttgart ist mir die Anbindung an den Esslinger Bahnhof oder eine S-Bahn wichtig.
