Hier in Glücksburg hat man eine schöne ,ruhige Lage,ich wohne im Kurzentrum ca 5 min sind es bis zum Strand. Ein Auto wäre von Vorteil,da der Bus nur stündlich abfährt!!! Kabel-TV ist bis 09/2013 angemeldet. Eine neue Pantryküche mit Kühlsystem und 2 Kochplatten ist vorhanden. Eine kleine,gemütliche Terrasse befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Der hintere Teil des Gartens kann mitbenutzt werden. Ich bin direkt vor Ort und ansprechbar für Sie,da ich direkt nebenan meine Praxis habe. Ich biete befristete Mietverträge (ca 3-4 Jahre) an. Mein jetziger Mieter hat leider kein Auto und möchte in die Nähe der FH ziehen. Der Mieter hat noch nicht gekündigt! Er wohnt noch nicht allzu lang bei mir und hat 2 Monate Kündigungsfrist. Er bemüht sich ebenfalls um einen neuen Nachmieter.Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person gedacht. Ich nehme nur Nichtraucher!Auch sind Haustiere nicht erwünscht!
